{ Gracie }

It is always so cool to see a beautiful little girl with the same name as your own beautiful little girl!
Did that make sense?

Where to start with little Gracie.  We started off at Robin Hill Park, and ended up a week later at North Park. I had to break up her session into two, because she was so upset with me. See little Gracie is just starting to walk.  And that is ALL she wanted to do.  She didn't want my camera in her teeny little face.  She wanted to walk, explore, and she wanted to be left alone!  Poor kid.   I met my match!

And although there were lots of tears, I did capture some really cute moments.  Mom and Dad were just so nice and patient. What a great family.

Oh, and GO STEELERS!

Here are a few of my fav's from their session.

{ Ciya Jean }

My good friend and trainer Leigh is hard core.  She doesn't mess around when it comes to eating right and working out.  In fact, I was scared to eat the cake at her shower.  I thought I was going to get punished for it!  Thank god she was distracted by gifts and icing.

Its funny.  She is all full of mushy, wish-washie feelings. She laughs even more and is starting to feel those first baby jitters. She is absolutely glowing with baby joy.

Yes, this little package came as a huge surprise, BUT I believe that the best things in life come as surprises.  A few months ago, Leigh's grandma whom she was extremely close to passed away, and before she did she named Leigh's little girl to be...

Ciya Jean.  Isn't that just the most beautiful name?

Leigh has quickly become a great friend to me, and as a mom of a precious little girl, I am full of advice, reassurance, and love for both Leigh and Ciya.

I was honored that Leigh asked me to take her maternity pictures, and I just can't wait until I get to do Ciya's newborn photos!  She is going to be just as beautiful as her mommy is! I love these girls with all my heart, and I will always be there for both of them when they need me.

Eben and Leigh are going to make phenomenal parents.  You can see the love Eben has in his eyes for Leigh.

Congrats to Leigh, her fiance Eben, and to both of their families on such a wonderful surprise!
I can't wait to meet baby Ciya.

Here are some of my fav's from their session.

{Axtyn}

There is something about a little baby in a tutu that just makes your heart melt.  Or at least mine does.

I met Axtyn, her beautiful mom Sheri, and her "Auntie" Jaclyn on a beautiful morning at a local park for Axtyn's first photo shoot.  As they got out of the car loaded up with tutus and accessories for this little angel, my eyes could only focus on Axtyn.

She was a stunning little girl.  Her dad better prepare himself now.  Big blue eyes, a charming little smile, and a dimple in her chubby cheeks, she was ready for a fun morning! Nothing but smiles and giggles, Axtyn was a true baby model for me.

I took so many photos of her.  These were a few of my favorite.

Having a tea party with some favorite guests

I barely had to edit her eyes.  True blues!

She is soo adorable!

"I think I like this model thing"

Lookout dad!

Yep, she melted my heart!

This was just too cute not to post!  And we all fall down!

Thank you to her mama Sheri, and thank you to Jaclyn for giving me the opportunity to photography this beautiful little girl.  She is very much loved and it shows in her smile.

~Zoey~

What a cutie pie she was!  Big blue eyes, curly blonde hair, and a walk that cracked me up!
We arrived at Hartwood Acres with props, adorable outfits, and a baby that was ready to ham it up for the camera!

We had passersby complimenting on how adorable Zoey was. We had people stop to watch me take the photos.  I even had one person stop and ask me for a business card before Zoey even arrived.

We got some ADORABLE shots, and had a beautiful backdrop.  I can't wait to head back to Hartwood Acres again!

Zoey did fantastic!  Here are some of my favorites from the day!

Enjoy!

Justin & Evona, Engagement Session

Justin and Evona.  Where to start.
Justin is my little brother.  Well...not so little anymore.  In fact he is much taller than me now.  I am so proud of my "little" brother.  He served two years in Iraq with the Army, and then came back home to his jobs. One job working for the TSA at the Pgh Airport, and one being Asst. Fire Chief for Crescent Twp Fire Dept.
I have watched over the years as he has gone from a boy to a man, and now he is getting married this October.
Evona has been with him for a long time.  She was waiting for him each time he arrived home from Iraq, she stuck with him during the away college days, and she also stuck with him when she had to move to FL briefly for a job.  Evona is beautiful, inside and out!  I can't wait to have a sister.

Congrats to you both, Justin and Evona.  I am so very excited for you both.
(Prepare yourselves for the next question now, and you will hear this A LOT.  "When are you having kids?")

Here are some of my favorite shots from their shoot.

Janelle & Brian, Engagement Session

I met Jannell and Brian in a local park on a chilly Sunday afternoon.  This couple couldn't be more opposite at first glance, but once I got to know them together, they complimented each other perfectly.  Jannell is 5'3, and Brian is over 6' tall.  They are both gentle hearted, hilarious, and full of spunk.  They were willing to do anything I asked of them to get a great shot!
This couple is going to make it.  No doubt in my mind!  We had a blast at Station Square, and Mt Washington, even though we froze our bums off!
I wish this couple nothing but the best and I thank them for a great shoot!
At least their beach wedding will be a bit warmer!
Here are a few of my favorite shots from their session.
